Midori Spring Ceremonial (GOLD) Matcha Green Tea Review

Hello Beautiful People:

This is for my tea lovers, I personally love all kinds of teas, so when I was asked to try Midori Spring Ceremonial (GOLD) Matcha Green Tea for my genuine thoughts I was honored and willing to do so.

To me tea is just heavenly and a wonderful gift from above. There are so many teas to choose from all over the world.

Midori Spring's Ceremonial Gold Matcha - is a ceremonial grade (premium) green tea used for brewing the finest most flavorful drinking tea you'll ever taste. This is NOT a cooking grade powder (although it can be used for cooking if you prefer), the quality is so high that it is primarily reserved for tea ceremonies for it's full flavor, and health benefits.

Rich, smooth and creamy with a hint of sweetness when brewed traditionally. This premium product is Ceremonial Grade and is Organic (USDA, JAS) and Kosher (OU) Certified. We only select the best raw material from our tea gardens mostly from Aichi and Kagoshima in Japan and maintain the highest standards in production. Our Matcha has a fresh, sweet, green-vegetable-like aroma. The colour is a vibrant emerald green. Only high quality Ceremonial Grade Matcha encompass these features. You can enjoy Midori Spring's Ceremonial Gold Matcha the traditional way by brewing or you can create your own Matcha inspired recipe. Whichever style you choose to have your Matcha, you can experience the many health benefits it has to offer since Matcha is a Superfood.

There are many immediate and long term health benefits when consuming Matcha, which include: increase in energy without the jitters, reduce stress and improve mental alertness, improve metabolism and help with weight loss, boost immune system and reduce inflammation and help the body cleanse of harmful elements. Give back to your health and embrace the power of Matcha.

I really wasn't sure what to expect when I got this tea. It had instruction for the traditional method of making it and I was like this is too much. But the website has quick instructions plus recipes to try and so I did it the quick and easy way. .I will definitely be trying some of the tea recipes as well.

I have never had Matcha tea before. I heard people talk about it, so when I was asked to try it I felt I had nothing to lose. When did not try it right away but when I read the instruction for the traditional method I said to my self this is too much. I found the quick method on their website and tried it. I followed these instructions:
uick Method

What you need: Mug, Small Wire Whisk or Milk Frother, Teaspoon

1. Place 0.75 to 1 teaspoon (3.75g to 5g) of Midori Spring Matcha in mug, avoid clumps.

2. Pour 60mL/2oz of hot water (72-76°c, 162-169°f) into mug and whisk briskly in a “W” motion until fine foam appears. The whisk should not scratch the bottom of the mug. Can use a small wire whisk or milk frother.

3. Sip and Enjoy!

I used a small battery operated wisk and it worked perfectly. The tea was a beautiful bright green, it mixed immediately, I had no clumps, I added the water like instructed and I took a sip. I expected it to be gritty but surprisingly it was not. The Midori Spring Organic Ceremonial Matcha was smooth to the taste and it was light on the palate. I tried it first without any sweetener and then I added some raw sugar. I actually love it both ways. I will continue to drink Midori Spring Organic Ceremonial Matcha. I will be trying the recipes from the website as well. Get yours today! http://astore.amazon.com/beingohe-20/detail/B00TSSDLAQ
