It is Bubble Time....

Hello Beautiful People:

How are you doing today? Great I hope. I am having a really nice day and I am grateful to be alive to talk about it.

It it time for me to share with you the benefits of relaxing, relating and releasing. I received a free bottle of Bubble Therapy Plus & Natural Bubble Bath 3 in 1.

It is important to take time out to take care of yourself. When we take good care of ourselves, there are multiple benefits to us as well as others.  While self-care may seem self-indulgent, it’s not.  Just as we’re instructed to put our oxygen mask on first if there’s an emergency on an airplane so we can help others, self-care enables us to help ourselves and others more. Most people don't think so but I am screaming with a resounding YES IT IS NECESSARY.

Relaxation is defined as the act of relaxing or the state of being relaxed. It is also defined as the refreshment of the body or mind/recreation.There are several health benefits to relaxation as well. If we are stress eaters, relaxation can keep away those unwanted pounds by helping us focus our attention on something else instead of eating. Relaxation lowers the risk for depression, anxiety, hypertension, heart attacks, and other heart-related problems. It can also boost our immunity and lower the risk for us catching colds.

Relating means spending time with the ones you love and enjoy the beauty of relationship.

Releasing means letting go of the things that you have no control over so that you can live your best life without being consumed by the problems of others. It also means taking time out at the end of your long day to do something just for you

A massage, soak in the tub or other forms of pampering revitalize you inside and out. And taking time out to treat your body like the temple it is has other benefits:

While self-pampering doesn’t always lead to major improvements in overall health the way healthy diet and exercise do, the relaxation you get from it can trigger the relaxation response, which can prevent chronic stress from damaging your health, so in a sense, self-care is good for you inside and out.

When I received Bubble Therapy Pure & Natural Bubble Bath, 3 in 1 I could not wait to give a try the very night I got it and here is what I thought. I like that it was a three in one product: pure and natural bubble bath, shampoo and body wash. I absolutely loved the fragrance with its blend of organic Calendula, Chamomile and Arnica.

Here is a little information about each oil listed above.

Calendula is a plant. The flower is used to make medicine. Calendula flower is used to prevent muscle spasms, start menstrual periods, and reduce fever. It is also used for treating sore throat and mouth, menstrual cramps, cancer, and stomach and duodenal ulcers.

Calendula is applied to the skin to reduce pain and swelling (inflammation) and to treat poorly healing wounds and leg ulcers. It is also applied to the skin (used topically) for nosebleeds, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, inflammation of the rectum (proctitis), and inflammation of the lining of the eyelid (conjunctivitis).

Chamomile is considered a safe plant and has been used in many cultures for stomach ailments and as a mild sedative. Some studies, primarily using combinations of chamomile with other plants, show it may have health benefits. However, as with any combination product, it is hard to say that a benefit comes from any one plant.

One product with chamomile and other herbal medicines has been shown to ease upset stomach, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting. Another mixture with chamomile seems to help colicky babies.

Arnica refers to a clan of flowering perennial plants from the daisy family (Compositae) that's native to Europe and Siberia but also grows in North America, especially in mountainous regions.

Arnica oil is used in perfumes and some cosmetic products, such as anti-dandruff lotions and hair tonics.5 Aside from arnica oil, arnica pellets, topical gels, and creams are also available today.

Since I am an aromatherapist, I new that I had something good on my hands. This is what the company says about their product. The fabulous bubble bath, shampoo and body wash, 3 in 1, contains a host of soothing nourishments like, Calendula, Chamomile, and Oat which is perfect for cleansing delicate baby skin and hair, as well as adults.  Mild and non-irritating it creates a lot of stable long lasting bubbles for the best fun time in the tub.  Oatmilk helps relieve Eczema, while Calendula moisturizes and soothes dry skin.  This plant-based formula is gentle for pregnant women, and can be used by the entire family.

I found the product to be lovely, the fragrance is nice and subtle but very invigorating. I used mine with a body puff and the bubbles were great and overflowing, a little goes along way. My skin did not feel dry or stripped it felt smooth and silky like baby skin which I loved. I will definitely get me some more Bubble Therapy Pure and Natural Bubble Bath, Shampoo & Body wash to add to my personal self care regimen and I suggest you grab some too http://astore.amazon.com/beingohe-20/detail./B002HGAC1M .

Here to taking care of the best person in you life and that person in case you did not know is YOU!!! Enjoy yourself, you deserve it.
