What causes acne?
No one factor causes acne. Acne
happens when oil (sebaceous) glands are activated at puberty,
stimulated by male hormones from the adrenal glands in both boys and

I suffer from adult acne which was shocking to me at first. I try my best to take care of my health and do right by my skin.
