Playing The Hand You Are Dealt!

Hello Beautiful People:

In life we must play the hand that we are dealt and do our best to win the game of life. I don;t know about you but I love cards game and I am pretty great them if I must say so myself. I am always looking for ways to reduce my weight that are different and fun ti do. So when I was sent a box of Weight Loss Stack 52 cards for free to try, I was extremely elated by it.




What a great idea. I am a lover of card games and I am always looking for a way to lose weight that is simple and fun simultaneously. Instructions: When you receive the cards, do everything as you normally would the first week.  Eat the same and exercise the same, but get familiar with the cards and keep track of your points.  Week 1 is your baseline.  In the second week, try to beat your point total from the first week.  In the third week, try to beat your point total from the second week, and so on. 



I found this to be an entertaining way for people to change from bad weight loss habits to good ones. Even for a person like me who has been in the wellness industry for some time professionally and have been on my own weight release journey, I found this to be very cool to do.
